I'm moving back home for the summer and would like to sublet my apartment at Newtown Crossing.
You get a private bedroom and private bathroom in a three bedroom unit. The apartment is really nice, fully furnished, with a washer/dryer in the unit. The bathroom is off of the bedroom and the bedroom has the largest closet in the apartment. The complex has on-site parking, a computer lab, tanning beds, a gym, a pool, volleyball court, basketball court, and a restaurant/bar.
If you go to school in Lexington and need a place for the summer, this is a really nice, convenient apartment. It's walking distance to UK's campus and close to downtown. The rent is $525 plus 1/3 of the electricity bill (usually around $20-25/mo).
